NAI MIPA – The Company

NAI MIPA was founded in Prague in 1991.

The company is a full service real estate consultancy practice and a member of NAI Global.

NAI is the largest independent network of real estate companies worldwide (325 offices in 55 countries) and currently one of the leading firms of the real estate advisors.

NAI MIPA also has an office in Bratislava and Budapest. NAI MIPA has been responsible for the leasing of some of Prague’s most prestigious projects totalling over 750,000 square meters, and has conducted the negotiations of over 1000 leases. As a result, the firm has built up a very detailed database of over 2,000 retailers and potential office or logistics tenants.

NAI MIPA has strong 6-person retail team, Nigel Young F.R.I.C.S., Markéta Ježková, Eva Dragović, Jitka Zákravská, Martina Šebková and Anna Fomin who acts as our consultant for Ukraine and Russia.
