NAI MIPA WAS INVOLVED IN THE LEASING of Prague's first office refurbishments, notably Praha Business Center, Italská 24, Betlémský Palác, and Microna. Subsequently M.I.P.A. has advised on many other new build projects, such as Praha City Center. The successful leasing of the Microna building (13,000 m2) to Český Telecom constituted the largest single office leasing in Prague at that time. The Company has large databases in each country it operates in, and monitors the situation on over 2 million m2 of office space. In addition, NAI MIPA's database contains information and specifications on over 2,000 international and local companies.

NAI MIPA has also been particularly successful at representing various tenants. The Company's in-depth market knowledge has certainly influenced the tenants' success at locating new offices in the right building, in the right location and on the right terms. NAI MIPA's clients for whom they have located offices include, amongst others: Carrefour, Kadran, Zeneca (ICI), Rheinischen Post, CIBA Vision, Abbott Laboratories, Feddersen Laule Scherzberg & Ohle Hansen Ewerwahn, and Commercial Union.
