Liberec Plaza

Overview
Liberec Plaza is situated in an exceptional location, in the historical center of Liberec. Liberec Plaza is a mixed use project consisting of shopping gallery, Class A office space and residential units. The gallery will bring the city of Liberec and its surrounding area the missing link to world class shopping. Opened in March 2009 Liberec Plaza offers more than 120 shops over a lettable area of 17,000 sqm. Our 490 parking spaces and several pedestrian entrances makes shopping a convenient and pleasurable experience.

Fenix Retail Park - Ostrava

Ostrava Retail Park will be new Retail Park in an excellent location in Ostrava Hrabová by the main high way R56 to Frýdek Místek. This Retail Park is situated close district to METRO a TESCO on one side and, and just next to CTP Axis Park on the other. It is also very close to Avion Shopping Park and main highway to Karviná, which is the busiest road in the city.

Project will consist of 17.000m2 of Retail and will be developed with another 30.000m2 offices and 10.000m2 of Hotel.

Colosseum Shopping Centre

The Colosseum Shopping Centre is located on the North-West Bucharest City Centre in Romania.

With its location, The Colosseum will be one of the premier shopping centre developments offering a blend of retail, leisure and catering facilities totaling up to 162,000m2 in the shopping mall (Phase I – 68,000m2 of retail and leisure space of shopping mall to be commenced in 2007) and further hypermarket (23,400m2) and stand alone retail park (35,500m2); 34,700m2 department stores and other large format stores; 48,000m2 shop units (162 units); 15,000m2 screen multiplex cinema; 3,214m2 bowling alley and 9,500m2 restaurants.

The Mall will have over 6000 free parking spaces on site and will be greatly accessible by a public transport.

Centrum Nove Haje - Prague 11

The Center Nove Haje is situated in the southeast of Prague in Prague 11. Center Nove Haje will have new retail facilities
consisting of 20 to 30 units, for convenience shopping, services, bank, flowers, magazines/books, etc. together with fitness center on the top.

Europort

Europort is a new multifunctional development located opposite the main terminals of Ruzyně airport. This project offers a combination of Marriott Courtyard hotel, a shopping gallery and multi-storey car parking. The shopping gallery offers a range of comprehensive retail facilities currently lacking at the airport. One or two retail units are still available.

Avalon Business Center

Business Center Avalon project consists of new business centre in the heart of Plzeň combining modern, efficient high specification offices which are supported by retail units of various types including news agents, hairdressers and other service type units together with the newly opened "Peoples" Restaurant which is proving to be a major attraction to this business center. Vinohradský Pavilon - Prague 2

This famous 4 level festival centre is going to be completely remodeled and refurbished to provide a new supermarket on ground and basement, new restaurants facilities, bars/cafés, banks plus other amenities. Some of the old trade names will leave and be replaced by new fashion and specialty retailers seeking a unique location such as Pavilon is able to offer.
There are 50 car-parking spaces around the center.
Two metro stops are nearby at Náměstí Míru and Jiřího z Poděbrad.
The reconstruction of this famous landmark building will again bring Pavilon back to being the focal point of Prague 2.

The shopping centre is situated in the northern part of the city at the main road leading to the town Svitavy, in close vicinity to the Grand City Circle.

Two-level building. On the lower level, there is a parking with 838 parking places. There are 237 parking places outside, right in front of the building. On the 2nd level of the building there is a commercial gallery with 11 coffee shops, restaurants and 70 shops (butigues, sports shops, bookshops, cosmetics etc.) and a hypermarket Carrebour of 7 460 m2 selling area.
