NAI MIPA HAS BEEN AT THE FOREFRONT of Central Europe's shopping centre expansion, and has advised on and conducted the leasing of many of the Czech and Slovak Republic's and Hungarian newly developed shopping centres. The Company benefits from personal experience, with in-depth retail knowledge gained both in Western Europe and in the United States of America. This, combined with close ties to the local market and a thorough knowledge of both foreign multiples and local retailers, ensures the successful and timely completion of the leasing of any given retail scheme.

NAI MIPA has been responsible for the leasing of various schemes totaling over 625,000 m2, and has conducted the negotiations of over 500 leases. As a result, the Company has built up a very detailed database of over 2,000 retailers; either foreign multiples expanding in the region, or local retailers, some of whom have become international brand franchisees. In addition, NAI MIPA is able to apply first-hand knowledge to advise on shopping centre layout, tenant mix and to produce accurate rental schedules. M.I.P.A.'s clients include, amongst others, Carrefour, OBI, Kadran, Delcis (Nexity), Segece (Klepierre), Campenon Bernard (Vinci Group), Interspar, GRC, TK Development, and ECE.
