NAI MIPA OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF PROPERTY SERVICES. In addition to retail and office agency, M.I.P.A. also advise on, and source investment properties for clients . both shopping centres and office properties. The Company can also provide valuations that are conducted to the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and this by qualified members of the Institution. M.I.P.A. also conducts land use studies, development and financial appraisals, including infrastructure requirements and cost analyses.

For example, in 1999, M.I.P.A. was appointed by the City of Prague to implement the study for the redevelopment of the 175 hectares of land, known as Rohanský Ostrov/Libeňský Ostrov/Maniny in Prague 8. This 500-page report was delivered to the City in November 2000, and the findings are being incorporated into the new Urban Land Use Plan for Prague.
